About You
In my office I keep a hand-drawn vision board to remind me of the kind of people I most want to work with. I call them Creative Dreamers. Some of them, though not all, are artists; each is an individual who is moving forward with their life, with the belief that there is a world of unlimited possibilities before them.
They are actively on a search for meaning, inspired by the Beauty they see and sense within as well around them. This journey of theirs is a kind of unfolding story; it has all the exciting, symbolic, and alluring elements of mystery and magic. Amazing discoveries occur as they throw themselves headlong into the energetic flow that is the epic adventure of their lives.
These people come in all shapes and sizes. Outwardly they may look strikingly different from one another; but, at their core, is the same burning spark of powerful inner energy. That spark is sometimes dim, sometimes blazingly bright, but it never goes out. It is the fire of Who They Really Are – that sometimes invisible, always deeply thoughtful community of conscious spiritual seekers who find themselves on a kind of paradoxical quest, inspired by this same, ever-present spark that they are constantly trying to enter into and understand.
I see these dreamers as kind hearted individuals, standing on high moral ground, rooted to the integrity of their most noble and compassionate beliefs.
I think the reason I identify with them so readily is because, this person that I’ve been describing, is also me.
